Terms of Service

These terms set out the agreement between you and IPTVNetworkHub when you use this website, take a free trial or subscribe to the service. Please read them before you order.

Last updated 25 September 2026Approximately 9 minutes to read
In short: subscribe to a plan, pay for the term you choose, use the service on your own devices within your plan's connection limit, and do not share or resell it. You may cancel at any time and the service continues until the end of the term you have paid for.

By browsing this website, contacting us or subscribing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

1. Who we are

In these terms, “IPTVNetworkHub”, “we” and “us” mean the operator of this website and the IPTV subscription service offered through it. “You” means the person visiting the site or holding a subscription.

You can reach us at any time through the contact details at the end of this page.

2. The service

IPTVNetworkHub provides access to a streaming service that delivers television channels, films and series over an internet connection, together with a programme guide and on-demand content where available.

Some important points about what the service is and is not:

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to subscribe. By ordering you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are able to enter into this agreement.

4. Plans, prices and payment

Subscriptions are offered for fixed terms. The plans currently advertised on this site are:

Plan terms and prices as advertised on the pricing section of this website.
Plan Price Term
1 Month €15 1 month
3 Months €30 3 months
12 Months €49 12 months

Prices are shown in euros and may change in future. A change never affects a term you have already paid for. Payment is made in advance for the whole term you select, through the payment method agreed when you order. Your subscription ends automatically at the end of the term — we do not auto-renew unless we tell you otherwise in writing before you pay.

5. Free trial

New subscribers may be offered a one-day free trial. The trial is intended to let you test the service on your own device before paying.

6. Your account and access details

Your login details are personal to you. You are responsible for:

Each plan allows a limited number of simultaneous streams, as described when you order. Installing the service on several devices is fine; watching on more streams at the same time than your plan allows is not.

7. Acceptable use

When using the service, you agree not to:

You are responsible for making sure that what you watch through the service is lawful where you live, and that you hold any licence or permission that may be required.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access, without refund, if you materially breach these terms — for example by sharing or reselling access, or by attempting to bypass connection limits. Where the problem can be fixed, we will normally contact you first and give you the chance to put it right.

You may stop using the service at any time. Because subscriptions are prepaid for a fixed term, ending your subscription early does not create a right to a refund for the unused part, except where these terms or the law say otherwise.

9. Refunds and cancellations

If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the term you have already paid for, and then stops. There is no cancellation fee.

If you have a statutory right of withdrawal where you live, you may be entitled to cancel within the cooling-off period set by that law. If you ask us to start the service immediately, you may lose that right once the service has been fully provided. Contact us and we will tell you what applies to your order.

If the service does not work and we cannot resolve the problem within a reasonable time, contact us — we will put it right, extend your term or refund the affected period.

10. Availability and support

We aim to keep the service available at all times, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, provider changes or events outside our control. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Support is available through the channels at the end of this page. Please include the device you are using and a description of the issue so we can help quickly.

11. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for loss of profit or opportunity, or for problems caused by your internet connection, your device or third-party services. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the term in which the problem occurred.

12. Intellectual property and content

This website, its design and its text belong to IPTVNetworkHub or are used with permission. The channels, films, series and other content available through the service belong to their respective owners and are protected by copyright and related rights. Nothing in these terms transfers any of those rights to you.

We supply access only. We do not grant you any rights over third-party content, and we do not authorise you to receive content you are not entitled to.

13. Changes to the service and these terms

We may update these terms from time to time — for example to reflect a change in the service or in the law. The “last updated” date at the top of this page shows the current version. Changes do not apply retroactively to a term you have already paid for. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
