IPTVNetworkHub (“we”, “us”) operates this website and provides IPTV subscription services. This policy applies to this website, to our WhatsApp and email support channels and to the service itself. It does not apply to third-party sites we link to, which have their own policies.
We have written it in plain language on purpose. If anything here is unclear, contact us and we will explain it before you subscribe.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller for the information described in this policy is IPTVNetworkHub. For any question about this policy, or to exercise any of the rights set out below, contact us using the details at the end of the page.
What information we collect
We only collect information that is necessary to respond to you and to deliver the service you have asked for. In practice that falls into three groups.
Information you give us
- Contact details — the name, email address and WhatsApp or phone number you use when you message us.
- Enquiry details — the plan you are interested in, the device you want to watch on, and anything else you choose to tell us in your message.
- Order information — if you take out a subscription, the plan, term and payment reference needed to set it up. We do not receive or store your full card or bank details; payments are handled by the payment provider you use.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data — your IP address, browser type and version, device type and operating system, and the pages you visit on this site.
- Service data — when a subscription is active, connection records such as the time of connection and the number of simultaneous streams, which we use to keep the service stable and to apply the device limit of your plan.
- Cookies and local storage — small files used to remember your preferences and, where enabled, to measure how the site is used. See the Cookies section below.
Information we do not collect
We do not ask for and do not want sensitive personal data — for example health information, political opinions or biometric data. Please do not send it to us, including in WhatsApp messages or the contact form.
How we use your information
Your information is used for these purposes only:
| Purpose | Basis |
|---|---|
| Answering your enquiry and arranging a free trial | Steps taken at your request before a contract |
| Setting up, delivering and supporting your subscription | Performance of a contract |
| Handling billing, renewals and payment records | Performance of a contract, and legal obligations |
| Keeping the service secure and preventing abuse of connection limits | Legitimate interests in protecting the service and our users |
| Improving the website and our guides | Legitimate interests, or consent where required |
We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not send marketing messages unless you have asked us to.
Who we share it with
We keep sharing to a minimum. Your information may be shared with:
- Service providers who help us run the business — for example our hosting provider, the payment provider that processes your payment, and the messaging platform you contacted us on (such as WhatsApp). They only receive what they need to perform that task.
- Professional advisers and authorities where we are legally required to disclose information, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
- A successor business if the service is ever transferred, in which case your information would move with it under the same protections.
We never sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
Cookies and local storage
This site uses a small number of cookies and similar browser storage. They fall into these categories:
- Essential — needed for the site to work, such as remembering a preference you have set. These cannot be switched off without breaking the page.
- Analytics — where enabled, used to see which pages are useful so we can improve them. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
- Third-party embeds — if a page loads content from another service, that service may set its own cookies. Their use is governed by their policy, not this one.
You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. Essential cookies are the only ones required for the site to function.
How long we keep your information
| Information | Typically kept for |
|---|---|
| Enquiries that do not become a subscription | Up to 12 months from your last message |
| Active subscription and support records | For the duration of the subscription |
| Billing and payment records | As long as tax and accounting rules require |
| Service connection records | A short period, for security and troubleshooting |
When a retention period ends we delete the information or, where deletion is not immediately possible, anonymise it so it no longer relates to you.
How we protect your information
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access limited to those who need it, and account credentials that are issued individually per subscriber.
No service can promise absolute security. If a breach ever affects your rights, we will notify you and the relevant authority where the law requires it. You can help by keeping your login details private and never sharing them with anyone else.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have some or all of the following rights over your personal information:
- Access — ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Correction — ask us to fix information that is wrong or incomplete.
- Deletion — ask us to delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
- Restriction and objection — ask us to limit or stop certain uses, including any use based on legitimate interests.
- Portability — ask for the information you gave us in a structured, commonly used format.
- Withdraw consent — where a use is based on consent, withdraw it at any time.
To exercise any of these, contact us using the details at the end of this page. We will respond within the time limit set by the law that applies to you. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This service and this website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
International transfers
Some of the providers we rely on may store data outside your country. Where that happens, we take steps to ensure your information keeps an equivalent level of protection, for example by using providers that rely on approved safeguards.
Content and third-party services
IPTVNetworkHub supplies access to a streaming service; it does not own or produce the channels, films or series that may be available through it. This policy covers how we handle your personal information only. It does not describe the content itself, and it does not grant any rights over third-party material. You are responsible for using services and content you are authorised to access.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in how we work or in the law. The “last updated” date at the top of this page always shows the current version. If a change is significant, we will make it clear on this page before it takes effect.
